Information we receive

When you send an enquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide, including your name, email or preferred contact details, matter description and message. We also record the Privacy Notice acknowledgement associated with the submission. Technical service providers may process basic request and security data needed to operate and protect the site. Providing enquiry information is voluntary, but without enough information and a usable contact route we may be unable to respond.

Please do not send bank-card details, passwords, one-time codes, passport or ID copies, bank statements, medical information or other sensitive documents through the initial enquiry form unless ROSVERIA specifically provides an appropriate secure channel.

Why we use the information

We use enquiry information to review your request, respond, ask for clarification where needed and maintain necessary follow-up. Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or engagement and does not mean ROSVERIA has accepted the matter.

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on steps taken at your request before a possible engagement when the enquiry concerns potential services, and on ROSVERIA’s legitimate interests for other business enquiries and necessary follow-up. Those legitimate interests are receiving, assessing and responding to enquiries and maintaining appropriate business communications. Other applicable laws may provide or require a different lawful basis.

Service providers and international processing

We use technical service providers to host and operate the website, receive and store enquiries, maintain security and support communications. ROSVERIA does not sell personal information.

Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where relevant service providers operate. Where the GDPR applies to a transfer outside the EEA, the transfer will rely, as applicable, on an adequacy decision or another lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards. Retention

Enquiry information is generally retained for up to 12 months from the last substantive contact. It may be kept longer if a client or working relationship is established, applicable law requires longer retention, or the information is reasonably needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required, subject to applicable law.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law and the relevant processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information, to object to certain processing, to receive or transfer certain data, and to complain to a competent data-protection authority.

The current public site does not include analytics cookies, advertising pixels or behavioural tracking by ROSVERIA.

Automated decisions

The enquiry form is not used to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects. A successful submission confirms receipt only.

The checkbox next to the enquiry form confirms only that you have read this Privacy Notice and understand that submitted information will be used to respond to your enquiry. It is not general consent to processing and it is not marketing consent.
